Uttara Adhunik Medical College

In 1984, during a time when government medical services were dominating, a group of forward-thinking individuals recognized the potential for private medical education in Bangladesh. Uttara Adhunik Medical College & Hospital is the latest addition to the successful institutions under BMSRI. The strong leadership of BMSRI has helped expand Bangladesh Medical College and develop a large hospital complex in Uttara, known as Uttara Adhunik Hospital. The hospital began offering outdoor services on March 12, 2003, and indoor facilities started on March 10, 2005. Now, this hospital has a capacity of 500 beds and is registered with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the Government of Bangladesh.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission to Uttara Adhunik Medical College

Indian students should follow the NMC (MCI) guidelines to study MBBS in Bangladesh. Here’s what you need:

●           Passed 10th and 12th grades from a recognized board.

●             At least 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology

●           At least 17 years old by December 31st of the admission year.

●           Must have passed the NEET UG exam in the admission year.
